Returns & Exchanges Policy

Since the products are private and intimate items, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following rules apply:

1. Unopened items that can still be resold may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

2. Returns or exchanges are not allowed for opened, used items or those with damage caused by human error.

3. If you find any quality issues with the goods upon receipt, please contact customer service within 7 days and provide photos. We will handle the issue for you.

4. Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 1-7 business days after verification.

5. The shipping cost for both delivery and return is the responsibility of the party responsible.
