FAQ
1.  Will the package reveal any product information?
    The package is designed for complete privacy, with no text or logos, ensuring full confidentiality.

2.  What material is the product made of?
    Our plush toys are made of ultra-soft, skin-friendly plush fabric and non-toxic, hypoallergenic filling. The weighted pads use safe, food-grade weighted beads and microwave-safe heating packs.

3.  Is there any odor?
    A slight new fabric scent is normal for plush toys. It will fade quickly after airing out in a cool, ventilated area.

4.  How to clean and maintain it?
    For spot cleaning: Gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
    For full cleaning (removable weighted pads only): Hand wash the plush cover in cold water, then air dry completely in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight. Do not machine wash the weighted or heating components.

5.  Can I return or exchange it?
    Unopened/unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, except in case of manufacturing defects or quality issues.

6.  How long does it take to ship and arrive?
    Shipment takes 1–2 business days to process. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
